Mosser Community Beautification Day

Mosser Community Beautification Day

The entire Mosser Community - including Mosser Elementary School, Mosser Woods and the surrounding city blocks - gathered on Saturday, May 31 to participate in Beautification Day. The day brought the community together to work on a special project. Volunteers from Life Church, Mosser Woods community residents, along with Mosser Elementary School faculty, staff, students and their families spent the morning cleaning the school grounds, creating flower beds for the school, planting and mulching.

The Beautification Day was able to take place as a result of a beautification grant from the City of Allentown. In addition, the school received monetary and in-kind donations from the community. A hot dog lunch is being provided by Mosser Village Family Center for all Beautification Day participants.
